at address of payee,-which is 4 BREEZEWAY BUYLDYNG, Vero Beach,
Florida, 32960 payable as follaows,-to-wit: Twenty one thousand
two hundred fifty and no/100 - ($21, 250.00) on January 15,1980, and
balance of Fifty three thousand two hundred fifty and no/100
- ($53,250..00) payable in annual installments of Six thousand six .
~ hundred six and 13/100 ($6,606.13) including interest on the 15th
day of January, 1981, and $6,606.13 on the 15th day of January of
' each succeeding year thereafter, until the whole sum named. is
fully. paid with interest from this date at the rate of 9 per cent
per annum. The interest on each installment-and the interest on
the unpaid balance of-the principal sum are to be paid at-the
maturity of each installment. If default is made in the payment
= of any instalLaent when .due, then all of the remaining installments
shall become-due and. payable at once. -This note and all install-_
ments are to bear interest after maturity thereof at the rate of
l0 per cent per annum.
Now shall it become necessary to collect this note
through an attorney, each of us, whether maker, security or en-
dorser on this note, hereby agrees to pay all costs of such
collecting, including an attorney's fee of not less than IO per
is cent. The makers and endorsers on this note severally waive
presentment for payment, protest, and notice o protest and non--
