NOW THEREFORE;-KNOW ALL 2riEN $Y THESE PRESENTS that the.
Lessor and the I:essee, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and. other good and valuable consideration,
each paid unto the other, the recefpt whereof is hereby ackaowl-•
edged, do covenant and agree, each with the other, as follows:
- 1. .The recitals above stated are true and correct.
2. Commencing with the installment of rent due the. ~ day
