Agreement shall not be construed as an agreement_ cancelling the subleases described in paragraph 3 above nor releasing the, Sub-Lessees•of such leases from performing their obligations pursuant to the provisions of such subleases, except for the obligation to pay rent. - 6. This Agreement shall not be construed~as transferring, assigning or conveying to the Lessee any of Lessor's right, . .title or~ interest in and to the o•«-nership of the lease nor as transferring, assigning or conveying to any of the Sub-Lessees any of Lessee's right, title•or interest as Sub-Lessor in and to the subleases above described. - 7. Lessor covenants and agrees with the Sub-Lessees that in the event the Lessor cancels and terminates the lease, Sub- _ R Lessees shall be allowed to remain in possession of the property demised to them pursuant to the provisions of-the sublease agree- ~ _ ~ meats and to continue to exercise and enjoy such rights as are ~ - ~ granted to them pursuant ro the provisions of such sublease agreements with the same force and effect as if Lessor does not cancel and terminate the lease. t 8.
