AGREEMENT WAIVING RENT
THIS AGREEMENT (tbe "Agreement") wade and entered into _

hereinafter referred to as "Lessor" and
Villa Del Sol, Inc., a aon-profit
Florida corporation, ~
hereinafter referred to as "Lessee";

Lessee recorded. in Official Records Book 182, Page _1384, of the -
_ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as such lease is •
amended by agreement recorded in Official-Records Book 187,
Page. 2804, and in Official~Records Book 215,- Page 772, all of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and X11 ref-
erences to the "lease" Wean the lease as amended just described
is this paragraph. ~ -
-Lessor is now the owner of the Lessor's interest in the
• lease. -
There is situate upon the demised property improvements
f corr~only referred to as Villa Del Sol Cordoninium, such condo-
ninium being in accordance with Declaration of Condoaini~.na re-

corded in O~ficial Records Book 182, at Page 1323, of the Public
~ Records of St. Lucie•County, Florida.

Lessee has heretofore executed to certain owners of units

at Villa Del Sol Con~dominiua tsuch owners being hereinafter re-
ferred• to as "Sub-Lessees"') sublease agreements appurtenant to
the condominium units os~med by the Sub-Lessees and described in
e ~ paragraph 2 hereof. The sublease agreements grant to the-Sub-

E Lessees certain rights under the lease, aad iarpose upon the
Sub-Lessees certain obligations to pay a portion of the rent

E due to pursuant to the provisions of the lease.
The parties hereto desize to waive a portion of tke rent
