- 1. The recitals above stated are true-and correct.
2. Cononencing with the installment of rent due the 1st day
- of - January 1980 , Lessor does hereby release and discharge-
the Lessee of its obligation to pay-any further rent to Lessor
upon the lease-, as such rent is applicable to the following-con-
dominium units situate .in Villa Del Sol Condominium:

and hereby waives any and all further neat due Lessor by Lessee
upon said-lease as applicable to the foregoing condominium units.
3. Commencing with the installments of rent due by the
Sub-Lessees the 1st day of January 19~ , -Lessee does hereby
release and discharge•the Sub-Lessees of the condominium units
