by the provisions hereof. Lessee, by the execution of this-
Agreement, acknowledges that the lease is in full force and

. 5. This Agreement shall not be construed as as agreement_
cancelling the subleases described in paragraph 3 above nor
releasing the Sub-Lessees ~of -such leases from performing their .
obligations pursuant to the provisions. of si:ch subleases, except
for the obligation to pay rent.
6. This Agreement shall not be construed as transferring,
assigning or conveying to the Lessee any of Lessor's right, -
. -title o: 'interest in and to the o«-ners:iip of the lease nor 'as
transferring, assigning or conveying to any of the Sub-Lessees
any of Lessee's right, titleā¢or interest as Sub-Lessor in and
to the -subleases above described. ~ - -
7. Lessor covenants and agrees with the Sub-Lessees that

in the event t_he Lessor cancels and terminates the lease, Sub- -
Lessees shall be allowed to remain in possession of the property
demised to them pursuant to the provisions of-the sublease agree-
meats and to continue to exercise and enjoy such rights as are
granted to them pursuant to the provisions of such sublease
agreements with the same force and effect as if Lessor does
~ not cancel and terminate the lease.
8. This Agreement Waiving Rent shall be binding upon and
r enure to the benefit of Lessee and Lessor and-their successors
and assigns and shall enure to the benefit of the Sub-Lessees,
