that there are no other interests adversely affected by the
taking, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it
is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk disburse from the
't_ funds deposited by the Plaintiff with respect to Parcel 101
the sum of Two Hundred Five Thousand Fifty-five and no/100
Dollars ($205,055.00) to IDEAL HOLDING COMPANY.
