BANK AT FORT PIERCE, Plaintiff, vs. ROBERT P. POWSLEIT and CAROLE E. POWELEIT, his wife, Defendants. O R D E R THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 7th day of February, 1980, upon the Motion for Assistance filed by the Defendants, and upon the Motion in Opposition to Motion for Assistance and Motion for Injunction filed by the Plaintiff, and the Court having heard argument of the parties and counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1) That the Defendants, be and they are hereby granted i the right to inspect the premises located at 128 North 12th ''r Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, more particularly described as f Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, M.E. GOLDSMITH'S SUBDIVISION, St. Lucie County, Florida, and to make an inventory of any items of furnishings or personal belongings which are-claimed by the l f Poweleits as their own personal property. I (2) An officer or representative of the Florida Bank at f Fort Pierce shall be present at all times when the inspection by the Poweleits takes place and the Florida Bank, through its representative shall also make a list of items or personal belongings of the Poweleits which the Bank wishes to have € removed from the premises immediately. E (3) The inspection provided for in this Order shall take place on Thursday, February 7, 1980, beginning at 12:30 P.M. and shall take approximately two hours.
