(4) C. L. Norwell, the Sheriff of St. Lucie County,
or his duly authorized deputy, shall accompany the Poweleits
and.the represenative or representatives of the Florida Bank
to the premises above described, and shall stand by while the
inspection and inventories provided for above are made. The
costs of $16.00 shall be paid to the Sheriff's Department in
advance by Robert P. Poweleit and Carole E. Poweleit. This
cost 'is based on an estimated charge of $8.00 per hour. If the
inspection takes less than two hours, a proportionate refund
shall be mane to the Yoweieits.
(5) No items, other than those items agreed to by the
Poweleits and the Bank, as belonging to the Poweleits, shall
be removed from the premises during this inspection. If there
is any dispute as to ownership of any furnishings or personal
property, this Court shall have a hearing at a later date to
decide said ownership. Those furnishings and personal items
which are agreed to by the Poweleits and the Bank as belonging
to the Poweleits shall be removed immediately from the premises
by the Poweleits. A copy of any police report concerning any
burglary of the premises, if available, shall be furnished to

the Poweleits by whatever agency conducted the investigation.
(6) The Court reserves jurisdiction to assess costs and
for any additional hearings or Orders which may be required.
