MOTION FOR DEFAULT
COMES NON the Plaintiff, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE,
and would show unto the Court that the Defendant, THOMAS F. BARNES, JR.,
was duly served with process in this cause on January 14, 1980 at 4:45 PM
by the Sheriff's office of Indian River County, Florida; that the time for
filing any answer or any other defensive pleading in the cause has now
expired and that no answer or other defensive pleading has been served
upon the law firm of BRONN, PAXTON & NILLIAMS, P. 0. Box 1418, Fort Pierce,
Florida, attorneys of record for Plaintiff, by the Defendant, THOMAS F.

BARNES, JR., or any counsei or attorney in his behaif as of the date of
this Motion.
NHEREFORE, the Plaintiff moves for entry of a~default by the
Clerk of this Court against the Defendant, THOMAS F. BARNES, JR. for
failure to serve any answer or other defensive pleading upon counsel for
Plaintiff or to file the same in this cause as required by law.
