THIS CAUSE having come on for trial the 31st day
~~of January, 1980 and the Husband having failed to appear
~~in person or by and through counsel, and having noted the
gentry of a default in this cause and having taken testimony

{matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
±now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
Lithe parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
?GARY PONS and TERRI PONS, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
'!and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
"from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
~~them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. There is no-real or personal property
to be divided.
~ 3. CUSTODY. Born of this marriage have been TARLANN

a :PONS, born April 26, 1977, and LAWTON PONS, born November
`19, 1978. The Wife, Petitioner herein, shall have full
;and permanent custody over LAWTON PONS and the Husband,
'GARY PONS, shall have full and permanent custody over TARLANN
PONS.
