HomeMy WebLinkAbout1029 _ _ ~ 3. During such time the Wife occupies the marital dwelling, the Husband shall pay all mortgage payments and hold the Wife harmless therefrom. All payments made by the Husband shall be made in a timely manner so as to not to interrupt the Wife's use and possession of the marital dwelling. The Wife's obligation to make any future mortgage payments during the time she resides in the. marital dwelling is vacated. 4. Each party shall be entitled to claim for income tax purposes one of the minor children of the parties. 5. The Husband has previously paid certain-mortgage payment that were to be paid by the Wife and the Husband is currently in arrears on his child support, however, said payments cancel out, therefore, neither the Husband nor the t,Tife is in arrears on any Court Order. 6. The Husband shall nay to the law firm of Sullivan & Cobb the sum of $150.00 representing reasonable attorneys fees within ninety (90) days hereof.
