FINAL JUDGMENT ~.w.~w~~. ~ww~?~-ww D'1j~VLU'lltxv yi rie~ictcies~ This cause came on for trial the 17th day of January, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between KAREN SUE JACKSON and RANDALL RALPH JACKSON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising thereform. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of CHRISTOPHER ALLEN JACKSON, E the minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, KAREN SUE JACKSON with visitation rights to the Husband, RANDALL RALPH JACKSON, as specified in the following paragraph. ~ 3. VISITATION: Commencing the 23rd day of July, 1980, m the Husband, at his expense shall be allowed to bring the child to i Florida for one (1) month until August 23, 1980. At such time as the minor child reaches the age of four (4) years, said summer visitation shall be increased to two (2) months, at the Husband's f expense.
