sum of $150.00 to be paid by the Husband to the Wife's attorney
towards the total fee for his services herein and RANDALL RALPH
JACKSON is ordered to pay said sum directly to EMORY C. TEEL, III,
of FEE, ROBLEGARD & TESL, P. A., Post Office Box 1000, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450. All Court Costs related hereto shall be shared
equally by the parties.
9. CONTEMPT OF COURT: As regards the Wife's Motion
for Contempt, the Court finds that the Husband is not at this time
guilty of willful contempt of this Courts however the Court does
find that the Husband is still responsible for all payments as
required in the temporary Order entered herein on December 5, 1979,
which includes alimony arrearages of $300.00, child support arrearages
of $245.00, and attorneys fees awarded in the amount of $150.00.
It is hereby ordered that said arrearages and attorneys fees be paid
by the Husband on or before March 1, 1980, or the Husband will at
that tithe by the terms of this Judgment be deemed guilty of willful
contempt of this Court and he is hereby sentenced to serve .ten (10)
days in the St. Lucie County Jail as punishment for contempt, said
incarceration to commence on the 2nd day of March, 1980.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either
before or after incarceration) and be released by paying the total

sum due for back support and alimony payments, plus any amounts
due to the Wife's attorney as awarded by the Order of December 5,
1979, together with any costs related to said incarceration.
It is therefore ORDERED in the event of said nonpay-
ment that ALL AND SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS OF TAE STATE OF FLORIDA
take into custody the said RANDALL RALPH JACKSON on the said date
and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for
the execution of the above-described judgment and sentence. The
t CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT and THIS COURT shall be promptly notified

of his arrest.
