FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 17th day of January,
1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
G ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. The marriage between WILLIAM J. ELDRIDGE and DORIS
J. ELDRIDGE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
~ 2. Custody of LYNN J. ELDRIDGE and JENNIFER L.
ELDRIDGE, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to DORIS
J. ELDRIDGE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM
J. ELDRIDGE.

t 3. Commencing the 25th day of January, 1980 WILLIAM J.
~ ELDRIDGE shall pay to DORZS J. ELDRIDGE the sum of Two Hundred
i
Fifty Dollars ($250.00) each and every month for the support of the
i
minor children above named. The amount of $250 each month for
child support shall not be reduced or abated when the minor child,
