LYNN J. ELDRIDGE, attains her majority or otherwise becomes
emancipated, but said sum of $250 per month shall continue to
be paid by the Husband to the Wife as child support for the
minor child, JENNIFER L. ELDRIDGE, until she attains her majority
or otherwise becomes emancipated.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to DORIS J. ELDRIDGE. in
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory

ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
4. All the furniture and furnishings now located in the
marital dwelling located at 118 Indian Hills Drive, Ft. Pierce,
Florida shall be the sole property of the Wife, DORIS J. ELDRIDGE,
and the Husband has no claim thereto.
5~. The Husband, WILLIAM J. ELDRIDGE, shall execute the

papers necessary to transfer title to the Wife, DORIS J. ELDRIDGE,

~ of the 1973 Chevrolet automobile now in her possession, free and
clear of any lien.
6. The Wife, DORIS J. ELDRIDGE, and the two minor
children above named shall have the exclusive use and ossessi

~ Florida until both of the minor children attain their majority or
are otherwise emancipated.
7. Each of the parties hereto shall be responsible for
E and pay one-half of each monthly mortgage installment payment, the

E taxes, insurance and upkeep and maintenance of the marital dwelling.
When both of the minor children above named have reached their
majority or are otherwise emancipated, the marital dwelling shall be
