sold and the net proceeds therefrom divided between the parties
hereto equally.
8. The Court determines the sum of $400 is a reason-
able sum to be paid by the Husband, WILLIAM J. SLDRIDGE, toward
the attorneys' fee for the Wife's attorneys for their services
herein and the said WILLIAM J. ELDDRIDGE is ordered to pay said
attorneys said sum together with costs herein assessed at $42
within 90 days from the date of this Judgment.
9. Each of the parties hereto is enjoined and re-
strained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
10. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders herein as may be
ro er.
