FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 23rd day of January, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the

of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
WILLIAM LAWRENCE GERNAT and MARGARET ALBERTA GERNAT be and
the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them

are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. ALIMONY. The Wife is awarded the sum of One Hundred
Fifty Thousand and 00/100ths (_$150,000.00) Dollars as lump sum

continuing until the Wife reaches the age of sixty-five (65),
said payments to continue whether or not the Wife remarries
prior to reaching: age sixty-five .(65). Upon the Wife's attaining
the age of sixty-five {65), said payments shall be reduced to the
sum of Two Hundred and 00/100ths ($200.00) Dollars per month and

shall continue at that rate for so long as the Wife may live or
F until such time as the Wife remarries.
Said payments shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
