in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order
is in effect.
3. PROPERTY.
a. The Wife shall convey to the Husband all of her
.interest in all real property owned by the parties located in
Okeechobee County, Florida, as described in Schedule A attached
hereto, and the Husband shall execute a mortgage to the Wife on
all said property as security for the lump sum alimony awarded to
the Wife, which mortgage shall constitute a first mortgage on

b. The Husband s convey to the Wi a 11 f his
interest in the 1977 Buick automobile and the property located
in Cape Coral, Lee County, Florida, as described in Schedule B
attached hereto.
c. All stocks and bonds in the joint names of
the parties, the furnishings in the home and the coin collection

shall be divided equally between the parties.
~ d. The Husband is awarded the organ, gun collection

and one of the antique clocks.

In the event either party fails to execute. the documents
necessary to effect transfer of title as set forth above within
thirty (30) days of the date of this Final Judgment, said titles
shall transfer by virtue of this Final Judgment. -
4. DEBTS. The Husband and Wife shall each be responsible
for their own debts. The Husband is ordered to repay to the Wife
the sum of Ten Thousand and OOfl00ths (.$10,000.00) Dollars which he
' received from the Wife during the pendency of this action, and
the Wife is awarded temporary possession of the marital home
until such time as she receives payment of said sum. The Husband
is ordered to vacate the marital home on or before January 28, 1980.
~ Upon payment of the sum of Ten Thousand and 00/100ths ($10,000.00)
Dollars to the Wife, the_Husband is entitled to sole possession
of the marital home.
