Trust, subsequently First Newport Realty Investors, a California business
trust, succeeded in interest by FIRST NEWPORT CORPORATION, a Mary-
land corporation, by reason of merger on October 31, 1979, all of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby~adcnowledge full payment
of the debt segued thereby and does release and discharge same of record.
