IN RE: The Marriage of
EDWARD N. FULFORD, Husband,
and
JANICE LES FULFORD, Wife.
ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause having come before the Court upon the Wife's
Motion for Temporary Relief and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the minor children of the parties, BRENDA LEE
FULFORD, age 6 years, and STEPHANIE S. FULFORD, age 2-1/2 years
are in the care, custody and control of the Wife and the Wife is
a fit and proper person to have said care, custody and control of
the minor children and said custody and control of the minor child-
, ren is hereby awarded the Wife pendente late, sub3ect to the right
of reasonable visitation by the Husband.
2. That the Wife shall have sole possession of the mari-

E tal home located at 303 N. 17th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, together
~ with the furniture, furnishings and appliances contained therein
pendente lite. _
3. That the Husband shall pay child support to the Wife in
the amount of $50.00 per week, commencing February 8, 1980. Each
payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum
of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and"residence addresses at all times while
this Order is in effect.
4. That the Court reserves ruling on any issues of alimony
and attorney's fees.
5. That the Husband shall pay .the medical and dental expenses.
