FINAL JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE coming on before the Court upon Motion for Final Judgment filed on behalf of the Plaintiff, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, against the Defendant, THOMAS F. BARNES, JR., and the Court having considered the pleadings for a default having been heretofore entered herein by the Clerk of this Court against the Defendant, THOMAS F. BARNES, JR.; and the original Promissory Notes and Guaranty Agreement executed by the Defendant, THOMAS F. BARNES, JR., heretofore admitted into evidence in this cause by this Court on February 6, 1980; and having considered the Affidavits of Plaintiff as to amounts due and owing Plaintiff on said Promissory Notes by Defendant, THOMAS F. BARNES, JR.; and having considered the Affidavits as to attorney's fees heretofore filed herein on February 6, 1980; and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUGED as follows: 1. That there is due and owing to Plaintiff on the Promissory Notes sued upon and heretofore admitted into evidence, the following sums in accordance with the following schedule to wit: NOTE N0.
