1. That she is one and the same, Dixie Gist Gentry, who to-
gether with her daughter, Michele Gentry Samaca, conveyed the here- .
inafter described property to Maurice Snyder, Theodore Smith and
(Jeffrey S. Furst, by Warranty Deed dated December 12, 1972, as
recorded in O.R. Book 209, at page 2351, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 8, 9, 17 and 18, Block 6,-PALM HAVEN SUBDIVI I4N, Unit
1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in .Plat Book
5, -page 53, of the Fublic Recorda of St. Lucie Co~,:ntj, Florida. -
2. Afffant states that her daughter MICHELE GBNTRY SAMACA,
did not live on subject property nor on property contiguous therewith
on or before the date of conveyance as above set forth; that subject
property was occupied by rental units.
3. That on the date of conveyance of subject property your
affiant way a single adult.
