Orend and Margret F. Orend, his wife, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, A banking corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, for 8nd in consideration of the sum oP~~10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the promises and covenants contained lyerein, and f~iEREAS, the Mortgagor did on the_4th day of May, 1973 .execute and give to the Mortgagee a certain promissory mote and thereby promise to pay to the Mortgagee X92,950.00 with interest at the rate of 7 3/4x per anew, due and payable~in (60) monthly installments as follows: $875.00 on the 10th day of July, 1973 and a like sw on the corresponding day of each like succeeding period thereafter, for 59 months and the 60th payment shall be X72,862.53 plus interest due on the 60th month at the end of the 5th year. and 1~HEREAS, the Mortgagor did on the 4th day May, 1973, to secure the payment of the aforesaid promissory note,execute and deliver unto the Mortgagee a mortgage deed on certain lands situate in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows: PARCEL is Beginning at the intersection of the South line of Lot 5, Canning Company's Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 190 of t::~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Kith the Nest line of the sidewalk on the West side of South 7th Street, as now located, which point is approximately 9.65 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot 5 and 228 feet North of the centerline of Citrus Avenue as the same is laid out between South 7th Street and South )0th Street in the City of Fort Pierce, run thence North 86 feet to a point which is 314 feet North of the center- line of Citrus Avenue as now located; thence hest 20035 feet; thence South 8b feet; thence East 200.35 feet more or less to the Loint of Beginning. SUBJECT TO Boundary Agreement dated August 25, 1967, recorded in O.R. Book209, Page 2708. St, Lucie County, Florida, records PARCEL II: Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot 5, Canning Company's Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 190 St~.
