which Mortgage was recorded on June 4, 1973 in the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida at O. R. Book 214, Page 2869; and
Wf~IEREAS, the parties desire to make certain modifications
and changes in the payment of said promissory note and in the
mortgage securing securing the payment of said note;
NJW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by and between the
parties hereto that the promissory note from Mortgagor to Mortgagee,
secured by Mortgage dated May 4, 1973 and recorded in 0. R. Book
214, Page 2869 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
is modified as follows:
(1) Where said promissory note provides "the 60th payment
shall be $72,862.53 plus interest due on the 60th month at the end
of the 5th year.", the same is hereby amended to read: "Thereafter,
commencing on the 10th day of June, 1978, the sum of $881.59, and a ?
like sum on the corresponding day of each like succeeding period
hereafter for 59 nths together with a final payment of $880.56
on May 10, 1989
(2) It is further agreed that said note shall further
