(3) And it is tUrther agreed by and between the parties
.hereto that said pranissory note shall be further modified to read
and include the following:
A LATE CHARGB OF 344.08 SHALL BE ADDED TO EACH INSTALLMENT
REMAINING UNPAID SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER ITS DUS DATB, WHICH
SUM SHALL BE ADDED TO EACH AND EVERX LNSTALLMENT WHICH
REMAINS UNPAID SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER THE DUE DATE OF EACH
SUCCCEDING INSTALMENT.
(4) Except as herein expressly amended, modified and changed,
the terms of said note and mortgage are hereby ratified, approved
and confirmed. '
0cecuted this 8th day of June, 1978 at Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County Florida.
