The within agreement is for otlB growing seasons beginning with the 1979-1980 season and ~y not be terminated during that period unless agreed to in writing by Buyer and Seller. Buyer and Seller agree that should legal action be brought to enforce the terms of this contrsct, it may be bought in Bradenton. Manatee County. Florida.
