Tropicana Products, Inc .'s Participation price paid to Grotrer will be no less than
eighty-three ($.83) cents per pound of solids delivered PLUS one-half (1/2) the
rise determined by the formula provided is the contract if it exceeds the guaran-
teed price pro~tided for herein, for the 1979-1980 season.
Advance to be at the rate of 8~ of guaranteed price, or of the Buyers spot market
price per pound of solids at time of delivery, whichever is greater.
This agreement is for the 1979-1980 season only.
