O R D E R
THIS GAUSS coming on for hearing this 28th day of
January, 1980, upon the Motion for New Trial or Rehearing,
filed on behalf of the Defendants, and the Court having
heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for New Trial or
Rehearing be and the same is hereby denied, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment
heretofore entered by this Court dated December 7, 1979,
be and the same is hereby modified by adding the following
paragraph immediately preceding the last sentence-of said
~ Final Judgment. Said paragraph is as follows:

"This Court retains jurisdiction in the
event that a substantial change in the
use of the Plaintiffs' property, or
the surrounding property occurs at a
~ later date, so that the City of Fort
Pierce can move for a lifting of the
permanent injunction enjoining a change
of zoning on said pro~ierty."
