THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 28th day of
January, 1980, upon the Motion to Tax Costs filed by the
attorney for the Plaintiffs, who were the prevailing party,
and the Court having heard argument of counsel on various
items, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that costs be taxed in this cause
in the total sum of $777.00 against the Defendant, CITY OF
FORT PIERCE, and that said sum be paid to the attorney for
the Plaintiffs.
