has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the i~lim~o3tt~ipr

and is. as of this date January 1$,.1980 , in arrears $ 1,253.00 includ-
ing Court Costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUAGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but way purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $ 1,253.00 arrearage
at the rate of $ 10•~ per Week, each and every week commencing January 2S, 1980.,
These payments to be its addition to the regular $40•~ per week
support payments provided for above, making a total payment of $50.00 per week,
plus the statutory Clcrk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check
or money order. If Respondent ALLAN. JSROl18 CLAYTOIi does not purge himself of his
contempt zs provided above, lie shall be required. upon written affidavit of the Petitioner
to serve SI7C1'Y ( 60~ days in the St. Lucie Couaty Jail.
JURISDICTION of this cause; and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders ss way be proper.
