KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Jack R.~,-,Witter and Beverly M. Hitter, his
wife, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Rickie J. Surface and Patty ~C.
Surface, his wife, dated Maly 5, 1972, and recorded in the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R, Book 202 on page 265, securing the payment
of the sum of Two Thousand and No/100--------------------Dollars (:2,000.00)
covering property in the County. of St. Lucie, Florida, 4oth hereby acknowledge
that they have received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said
mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby cancel and discharge
said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and .interest
conveyed by said mortgage in and to the premises described .therein, and doth
hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the aforesaid County to cancel
the same of record.
