3. All of the- terms, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges,

4. All covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements of record,
if any, which may now affect the aforedescribed property

Stipulation and that certain Final Order incorporating same

such easements and rights as may be necessary to effectuate

And Grantor does hereby covenant with Grantee that it wiU defend the
same against the lawful- claims of all persons claiming by, through or under
Grantor.
