This cause coming before the Court on Motion for Final Judgment -
and it appearing from the record that the defendant has consented to the
entry of an Order in favor of the plaintiffs and the Court being fully
advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby -
CONSIDERED ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the plaintiffs Motion for Final Judgment be and the
same is hereby granted.
2. That the claims of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida as filed
~ in this cause are hereby forever barred and foreclosed as against the

property of R. E. SLAY, JR. and BETTY J. SLAY,-his wife, to-wit:

and the claim of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida is hereby stricken and

his wife.
