O R D E R
This cause having come on before this Court on the
Wife's Petition .for Temporary Relief and stipulation of
counsel, it is hereupon-
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That temporary custody of the minor child of
the parties be awarded to the Wife, subject to the Husband's.
rights of reasonable. visitation which shall be exercised at the
residence of the Wife.
2. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum
of $25.00 per week as temporary child support. Each payment
shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
promptly to SHARON WILCHER. In addition there is hereby assessed
cne sum or ~~.uu as statutory costs to be ached to each payment
made to the Clerk, said payments to continue pending further
order of this Court. ~_t~A?
