This cause coang on for hearing on the peitioner s prayer for temp-
orary relief and both parties appearing before the Court and the Court having
heard both parties; the Court finding that the husband is not in willful c~tempt
of Court but that the bast interest of the child could be bad in the custody of
the mother; that the mother has no seam of support and the Court being fully
advised therein thereupon
IT IS HBBBBY ORDBRBD:
1. That the husband deliver the adnor child, D!lNIBLLB LYNN l~tc?QIS.IAN,
age 10 sonths, delivering the same to the Bother, NANCY 8. Mc~QLLIAN, on or before
6:00 o'clock P.K. Sunday, February 10, 180 and that the mother shall have the
temporary care and custody of the said minor child subject to reasonable rights
of visitation by the father.
2. That the father shall pay weekly support beginning Friday after
date, said support. in the amount of $35.00 each and every Meek for the support
of the child eased above; Bach payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to NANCY B. McMLLIAN, Rte. 2 Boz 1142X, Ft. Pierce,
Florida 33450. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory

costa to be added to each payment made to the Clark. All payments eha11 be made

from data, temporary attorasy's fees and costa in the amount of $139.00.

4. That each of the parties era hereby enjoined and restrained from
harraasment or embarassmmnt, by either party of the other party and the Sheriff
of St. Lucie County are such of the Sheriffs of Florida as may find either party
offending tba other party, the said Sheriff is hereby authorised to take the offending
