Judgment was published in The News Tribune, a newspaper circulated
in St. Lucie County, Florida, in the manner shown by the proof
of publication attached, and on February 5, 1980, the property
as offered for public sale to the highest and .best bidder for
cash. The highest and best bid received for the property was
submitted by THOMAS J. COCKERILL and LOUISE COCKERILL, his wife,
the Plaintiffs in the above cause, to whom the property was sold.
