CASE NO. 77-235 FR IN RE: The Marriage of CHARLES JOSEPH BAKBR, JR., Husband, and KATHLEEN M. BAKER, Wife. STIPULATION AND ORDER THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing on February 1, 1980, upon the Court's own motion, and upon the respondent, CHARLES JOSEPH BARER, JR.'S, stipulation in open court that he is in violation of the prior orders of this court, and therefore in contempt of court, and upon the Court finding that CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., is in contempt of court, and upon the oral stipulation of the parties, it is stipulated, agreed upon, and further ordered by this Court that: 1. CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., is to immediately seek the F F services of a licensed psychiatrist. The said CHARLES JOSEPH BARER, JR., shall. obtain whatever psychiatric out-patient therapy is available on a regular basis, and shall further arrange with the treating psychiatrist that said physician notify the wife's attorney, ROGER N. MESSER, of the schedule of therapy visits and further verify that CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., faithfully attends f each and every therapy session. Said psychiatric care shall I continue until such time as the psychiatrist certifies that i ` CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., can no longer ~ helped by psychiatric care or that the said CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., has successfully ridded himself of his alcoholism related problems. In no event shall the psychiatric care end prior to ninety (90) days from the date of this order. ~ 2. The said CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., shall not use any alcoholic beverages from this date forward. 3.
