local chapter of Alcoholics Anonymous and shall faithfully attend
the meetings of said organization. CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., shall
arrange with the local chapter to have said chapter verify to the
wife's attorney, ROGER N. MESSER, the attendance record of
CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., at Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
4. CHARLES JOSEPH BARER, JR., shall pay to the wife's
attorney, ROGER N. MESSER, his reasonable attorney's fee in the
amount of $300.00 on or before February 15, 1980.
5. The husband, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., and the wife,
KATHLEEN M. BAKER, agree to the modification of the final judgment
herein with regard to visitation, and said modification is made
as follows:
A. The husband may visit with the children of the parties
only on weekends and on one evening per week.
B. The husband is to advise the wife by telephone. of
his intent to visit with the children at least twenty four (24)
hours in advance of said visit.

C. There shall be no visitation with the children if
the husband has had any alcoholic beverages to drink on visitation
days.
D. The husband will refrain from coming about the wife's
home for any purpose except to pick up the children on visitation
day and return them at the end of the visitation period.

~ F. Telephone calls from the husband to the children

shall be made only in the morning one hour prior to their leaving
~ for school and in the evening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays.
The husband may call the children by telephone at any time prior

to 8 p.m. on weekends.

G. The husband agrees to carry reasonable medical
~ insurance for the proper health care of the children.
6. The husband agrees to keep all alimony and child support
