payments up to date. Said payments shall be current on or before
February 8,-1980.
7. CHARLES JOSEPH BARER, JR., shall refrain from coming about
the person of KATHLEEN M. BAKER at all times with the exception of
those times in which he is picking up his chilcren for visitation
or returning them from visitation. This restriction shall include
a prohibition upon the husband coming about the wife in either public
or private places.
8. CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., shall have a cogy of this
stipulation and order with him at all times 'and he shall present
it to any law enforcement officer upon request.
9. KATHLEEN M. BAKER and her attorney, ROGER N. MESSER,
are ordered to infona this court by affidavit of any violations of
the terms of this stipulation and order which come to their
attention.
10. Upon the court learning by such affidavit of violations
of the terms of this order, a commitment order will issue, ordering
the immediate arrest and detention of the said CHARLES JOSEPH
BAKER, JR., for his willful contempt of this court.
11. Upon a finding by this court that the terms of this
stipulation and agreement have been violated, the said CHARLES
JOSEPH BAKER, JR., shall be sentenced to a term of six months in
~ the county jail for each violation of any of the terms of this
agreement.
