MARK EDWARD LEWIS
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This action was heard upon the verified Petition For
Adoption of MARK EDWARD LEWIS filed by ROBERT CHARLES I~EWIS, and
forms of consent having been executed by the child, the child's
legal mother, JANICE R. LEWIS, and the child's legal father, H.
EDWARD MILES, and it appearing on the evidence presented that the
Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the child, that the
best interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption and
that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that:

1. The child known as MARK EDWARD MILES, born on
March 10, 1963 at Boston, Massachusetts, is the legal child of
~ the Petitioner and the child's legal mother,_JANICE R. LEWIS
p~ entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all obliga-

tions of a child born to the Petitioner and his legal mother in
lawful wedlock.
2. The child is given the name of MARK EDWARD LEWIS, by
which name he shall be known hereafter.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on
this $ w day of February, 1980.
