ASBpCIATION, INC. , anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK OORPORA
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CbNSTRUCTiON CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Asalgament being recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 20~i5 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidav[t filed against certain lot, block and
unii numoern in Lakewood irk Subdivision, for ncepay~ent of maintenance
fees assessed, said A[fidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 312

3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit Hoar on record
against the fotloaing property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
