SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT AND RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That DONALD R. MACRAY and GLADYS B. MACRAY, as natural father and
natural mother of the Plaintiff, GREGORY R. MACRAY, and DONALD R. MACRAY
. and GLADYS B. MACRAY, individually, do hereby acknowledge full payment
of the Final Judgment heretofore entered in said cause; and, the Plaintiffs
do hereby request and direct the Clerk of the above entitled court to cancel

and satisfy of record the Final Judgment heretofore entered in said

cause; and,
That DONALD R. MACRAY and GLADYS B. MACRAY acting in the several
I capacities of natural father and natural mother of the Plaintiff, GREGORY
R. MACRAY, and individually, do hereby, in consideration of the total
sum of $7,284.25 to them in hand paid in accordance with the requirements
of said Final Judgment the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
remise, release and forever discharge the Defendants, PALMA ELLIS MARTIN
and STATE FARM INSURANCE C01~ANY, and all persons, firms, or corporations
in privity with them of and from the said Final Judgment rendered in the.
said cause, and all manners of action, causes of action, and damages,
past, present and future belonging to or sustained by, the Plaintiffs in
said cause, on account of any and all injuries now known or hereafter
known resulting of and from the accident which occurred on or about
October 26, 1979 in St. Lucie County, Florida, which is the subject matter
of the above cause.
