LUCIE SECTION THIRTEEN, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 4 and 4A through 41t of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida The lien of Plaintiff is prior, paramount and superior to all rights, claims, liens, interests, encumbrances and equity of the Defendants, JA1dES L. JOHNSON and FOLLY M. JOHNSON, his wife; IYILLIAM E. JAHAD and 1dADELINS JARAD, his wife; JOSEPH L. ROZIER MACHINERY CO1dPANY; and SUN BANG OF FORT PIERCE, and all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through or under the Defendants or any of them and the property will be sold free and cleax of any clairps of-the Defendants. 5. That the Defendants, JAME3 L. JOHNSON and FOLLY M. JOHNSON, his wife, are hereby directed to pay the above itemized sums to the Plaintiff and in addition such further sums as may be paid by the Plaintiff for Court costs, plus interest at 6°,~, from the date of this Decree until paid, and any further sums in connection with this suit, within-one day upon the entry of this Decree. 6. That upon default in payment of said amount to the Plaintiff within the time specified, the property described in Paragraph Four above be sold by the Honorable Roger Poitras, Clerk of the Court, at public o~ltcry to the highest and best bidder for cash at the front door of the St. Lucie County I ~ Courthouse in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, during the j ~ legal hours of sale at 11:00 A.M. on the ~ day of , ~ 1980, in order to satisfy the said amounts decreed to be due the Plaintiff.
