in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court of the

St. Lucie County, Florida, Civil Action No. 78-273-CA wherein
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF MARTIN COUNTY vs.
WILLIAM E. JAKAD and MADELINE JAKAD, his wife; JAMES L. JOHNSON
and POLLY M. JOHNSON, his wife; JOSEPH L. ROZIER MACHINERY
COMPANY and SUN BANK OF FORT PIERCE, the undersigned ROGER -
POITRAS, as Clerk of said Court, will offer for sale and sell
at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, at
the front door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, City of Fort
