ORDER
The above and foregoing corporation, having presented an
Amended Articles of Incorporation, a copy of which is attached hereto
.and by reference made a part hereof, for approval, in a Petition filed
herein on January 11, 1980, and upon inspection thereof, the same
having been found to be in proper form as authorized by the Statutes
of Florida, the same is hereby approved at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this day of Febn~ary, 1980.
The above Order entered in duplicate, the original of which
shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and withdrawn for
filing with-the Secretary of State.
