OF
- PINE WOOD CO1~lUNITY PRIVATE SCHOOL, INCORPORATED
We, the undersigned, hereby associate ourselves together for
the purpose of becoming incorporated under the laws of the State of
Florida, applicable to corporations for private schools and respectfully
petition the Secretary of State and the Circuit Court for approval-
of this, the Charter of said corporation.
ARTICLE I
- The name of this corporation shall be PINE WOOD COMMUNITY
PRIVATE SCHOOL,•INCORPORATED.
ARTICLE II
The geographic area in which such-corporation will operate
E its school with be St. Lucie County, Florida.
ARTICLE III
The object and purpose of this corporation shall be to manage
and operate a non-profit elementary school through the grades determined
by the Board of Trustees for the children of the community irrespective
of race, color and creed and to provide to the children enrolled the
opportunity for happy and healthy educational, emotional, physical and

social experiences under the guidance of trained and sympathetic adults.

ARTICLE IV
Section 1. The membership of this corporation shall be open
to those persons interested in furthering the institution of learning
