By agreement of Mortgagorand Mortgagee on file with the Mortgagee, the
within mortgage secures not only an existing indebtedness, but also ADVANCES
to be HEREAFTER made by Mortgagee to Mortgagor, the aggregate of which will
equal the principal amount specified in the promissory note secured hereby.
This is a corrective mortgage designed to correct an erroneous legal descrip-
tion appearing in that certain mortgage dated January 14, 1980 and recorded
in 0. R Book 324, on page 2080, of the public records of St. Lucie County,.
Florida, and upon which intangible tax has been paid as evidended by receipt
No. 487591.
