Borrower and Lender hereby expresaty adopt and incocporste by reference into this Mortgage and
hereby agree to be bound bry? the covenants and agreement: contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit coact of the county in which the Property is located and
in which thn Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and, at the page as follows:

references to the Property, Barrow, Lender and Note caatained in the above described master form of
morogage and incorporated: by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Bonower aclaiowledgea recxipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows: •
21. Future Advances. Upon request by. Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Bon
over. Such Future Advanals, with

notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebt8dness secured by this Mart-
gage, not includiaq soma advanced in accacdance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
