AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY 4F ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
,.Manager, of Household Finance
Corporation, who hereby states-under oath the following:
Household Finance Corporation has obtained a Final
Judgment against one, Robert Quinn; said Final Judgment recorded
in OR Book 186. Paee 2388 on September 4, 1970 on the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Household Finance Corpora-
tion certifies that the above-stated Judgment was obtained against
a Robert Quinn of 430 North 23rd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida and
not against Robert T. Quinn of 5910 Spruce Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450. The Final Judgment does not affect the said Robert
T. Quinn nor any real estate owned by him, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 89, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, UNIT NINE,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 74, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
